Just make sure your bag is:

Unused and uncarried
In original packaging with all tags intact

Once we receive and verify the return, we'll issue a store credit (excluding shipping) valid for 180 days — so you can find your next favourite RUVA piece.

📦 Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time

Domestic (India): 4–7 business days
Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier reach.

📍 Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
